S. Santhana Krishnan Human Resource Management Employee Relations

S. Santhana Krishnan(Sr. Consultant) is an established HR Practitioner in the field of Human Resource Management and Employee Relations. He has vast exposure in the HR field from various industries including Manufacturing, Plantations, Hotels, Banking and Engineering. He was last appointed as the Head of Human Resources in a leading Independent Power Producer in the country. Hence, with such an extensive practical exposure, his consultancy is very practical in nature.

His first degree was from University Malaya and he has a Masters in Science majoring in Human Resources from University Putra Malaysia. He also holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations awarded by Malaysian Employers Federation in collaboration with International Labor Organization. Besides formal education he has attended various training programs in the field of Human Resources and Employee Relations.

He is currently a part time lecturer for Degree and Masters program with University Of Wales and University Of Oxford (conducted locally). Apart from that he also lectures in Malaysian Institute of Human Resources and SAL College for their Certificate and Diploma programs. Due to his vast experiences and qualification, he was appointed by the Minister of Human Resources to become a panel member in Malaysian Industrial Court representing the employers.
