will replace run away maids within 3 months. However, employer

Agency
will replace medically unfit maids within 3 months at no

2 – EMPLOYER OPT FOR INSURANCE SCHEME |
1) |
Agency
will replace maids who run away within 6 months at no cost
to employer. |
2) |
Agency
will replace maids for poor performance within 3 months.
Employer will bear the following costs:- |

3) |
Agency
will replace medically unfit maids within 3 months at no

When
maids run away after 6 months and before 12 months the
Agency shall reimburse the insurance claim to the employer
provided the employer return all relevant document required
for insurance claim (original police report, original penalty
receipt for RM250) |

Category 1 & 2, the total salary held by the employer
shall be handed over to
the Agency
** For
Category 1 & 2, the Agency shall be only liable
for 1 replacement. |
